Antenatal Classes
Antenatal Classes are a wonderful way to meet other expecting Moms and Dads, as well as
preparing you for the birth and journey of your little bundle. Whether it is a caesarean section or
normal birth, my antenatal course covers all.
The course is a four week course, currently on Monday evenings from 17h15 to approximately
19h00.
These classes are face to face, held at the clinic at St. George’s Hospital.

- First Aid
The Helen Ward Antenatal classes are out of this world, she is funny and entertaining and makes them joy-able. She also includes a personal touch. My husband even missed going to antenatal classes when they were finished. I can’t wait to start using the Helen Ward clinic. I would recommend using Helen to anyone! Thank you Helen, you are a gem!

I have been in private practice for 39 years. I am a registered nurse and midwife. I am a blessed
mother of 3 children who are now adults and I am a grandmother to 5 grandchildren.
I am passionate about my work with Moms, Dads and babies and helping expectant parents through
the wonderful journey of childbirth and post natal and baby care.
I opened up my private practice to be more involved with expectant parents, babies and helping
Moms and Dads with post birth and the change in a family’s life post baby.
My clinic is situated at St. George’s Hospital. It is an independent, private Ante Natal, Post Natal and
Immunization Clinic.
